    I Margarett Wheeler being week in boddy but of Sound and
    perfect mind and memory doe make and
    publish this my last will and Testament in manner
    and form following first I gave and bequeath unto
    the heirs of my son Drummond Wheeler Deceast the
    Sum of sixty dollars to be made out of my personal
    property which Proproperty the Executor that I hereafter
    Shall appoint will Take in possession after my
    death and make Sale of as the Law prescribes and the
    money arang from the Sale or Sales of all the personal
    property which I possess at my death I will that all
    Just debts that may come against my Estate be paid
    if any thare be and that the above Sum of Sixty dollars
    be paid to the heirs of my Son Drummond Wheeler
    descd and the Balance of the money arising from the
    Sales of the property Soe left after my death I doe
    gave and bequeath the Sum of Ten dollars to
    Nimrod B Wheeler guardian of Lucinda Green
    a minor for the Sole use and benefit of the Said
    minor now living with me & I further bequeath
    my Executor hereafter named the Sum of Twenty
    five dollars for his servises as Executor of this my
    last will and the residue of the money I will it
    to be by my Said Executor Equally derided between
    my children that is to Say Benjm N Wheeler and
    Equal part and Nimrod B Wheeler one Equeal
    part the heirs of Drummond Wheeler deceased
    one Equeal part and my Daughter Lucinda Sharp
    one Equeal part & the heirs of my Daughter Nancy
    Green decesed one Equal part which said Legacies
    in sum of money I will and order Shall be
    paid to the said Legatees so soon as Sales &
    Collections can be mad after my death the
    before mentioned Ten dollars which I will paid
    to Nimrod B Wheeler Guardian of Lucinda Green
    minor child now living with me I will that
    sum to remain in the hands of the Said Nimrod
    B Wheeler as guardian aforesaid for the Sole
    use and benefit of the aforesaid Minor
    Lucinda Green & by the Said guardian to
    be paid over with its lawful interest to the
    said minor Lucinda Green when She Should
    become of lawful age and lastly I due by

    These presents hereby appoint Nimrod B Wheeler
    my sole Executor of this my last will and Testament
    hereby Revoking all former wills by me made
    in witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand
    and affixed my Seal this 11th day of November

    above named Margaret Wheeler to be her
    last will & testament in the presents of us whi[]

    This day herein open court the last will and Testament
    of Margarett Wheeler widow and relict of
    Richard Wheeler late of of this county was
    presented for probate whereupon came Abraham
    Hayter a Subscribing witness thereto & made
    oath that he Saw the Said Margaret Wheeler Sign
    Seal or publish and declare this to be her last
    will & testament and that She was at the time
    of Signing Sealing publishing & declaring
    the same of sound mind and memory to the
    best of his knowledge and whereas Francis
    Starr the other Subscribing witness had heretofore
    departed this life and upon that suggestion
    came Col Joseph Hart and proved the hand
    writing of the Said Francis Starr was then
    admitted to record and ordered to be
    recorded in will & inventory Book at length
    witness my hand at office this 3rd day of August
